No matter which mobile device you use, Micromedex has a solution for you, including web-based access (described here) and on-device applications. There's no need to purchase additional applications or change your Micromedex subscription — Micromedex mobile access is complimentary with the subscription you already have.
Web-Based Mobile Access
If you use an iPhone®, iTouch®, iPad, DROID™ (Android OS 1.5-2.2), or Blackberry®, you can automatically connect to Micromedex via your device's web browser, anywhere you have an Internet connection (3G cellular or WiFi). The web-based application includes the same expert-reviewed evidence-based drug information that you get on your desktop. To access Micromedex, use the same username and password you already use to access Micromedex.
If you access via IP Authentication and/or Trusted Source, you can retrieve your facility-wide username and password from the Micromedex 2.0 'MOBILE' link at the top of the page. Simply point your browser on your mobile device to the URL indicated on the Micromedex 2.0 MOBILE page. One you log in, a cookie will be deposited on your mobile device, so you can bypass the login next time (until it expires at the end of the quarter).
