Series Customer Number (or User ID and password),

as part of their subscription.
Once you have your Micromedex Customer Number (or User ID and

If your healthcare facility is a current Micromedex customer, you
may obtain the Customer Number (or User ID and Password) by accessing
a computer with Healthcare Series. Click
