Charge Capture lets rounding physicians record procedure and diagnosis codes on their mobile devices and transmit that information back to their hospital or practice billing function for improved revenue capture.

This customizable application adapts to the needs of the user. Aliasing allows doctors to use their familiar code descriptions instead of having to remember CPT-4 or ICD-9 codes—letting them "call a stubbed toe a stubbed toe." There is no data entry, as charges are automatically integrated with patient demographic and insurance data.
