New Interactive Learning Tool For CareNotes®

Planning a CareNotes orientation? Need a refresher? We have a new, complimentary eLearning tutorial for CareNotes end users. This interactive training tool simulates actually using CareNotes. It guides you through a series of four clinical scenarios and gives you the chance to click, type, and use all the functionality you would use in a real situation.

In this 30-minute tutorial you’ll learn how to use CareNotes to provide patients with complete, easy-to-understand information about all aspects of their care. Presented in English and Spanish, CareNotes provides concise, customized patient education to address condition, treatment, follow-up care, psychosocial issues, continuing health, and the most-frequently administered drugs. Using CareNotes also helps meet The Joint Commission and OBRA ’90 patient education guidelines.

With one session, you will become familiar with the following CareNotes functions:

  • Keyword Search
  • Locations
  • Hot Lists
  • Care and Conditions, Drug, and Lab Searches
  • Printing
  • Navigation
