Where can I find my customer number and activation code?

Your customer number and activation code can be found on your packing slip.

Do I have to install every volume or can I skip some of the updates?
Yes. To ensure you have the most current information available for patient care and any improved functionality, every update should be promptly installed upon receipt.

Can you simply copy the new data to the server for each Healthcare Series update without running the install?
No. You must run through the entire install process for each update.

Can selected text be printed from the Healthcare Series Intranet application's databases?
Yes, but only with versions of the browser that support printing selected text.

After installing the updated version of CareNotesTM Administrative Browser for Intranet, why do I have two icons?
Once you are familiar with the new versions (CN Admin II) you can remove the older version (CareNotes Administrator) using the add/remove programs in Windows.®
